Description
The COSMEDIX Account Sales Executive is responsible for selling COSMEDIX Retail and Treatment products to Spas, Salons, Doctor Offices and Skincare Centers within the Sales Account Executive's territory as assigned by the company. In addition to maximizing the sales potential of existing business, the Sales Account Executive will also prospect, qualify, close and develop new accounts. This position also requires the delivery of training and education to accounts within the Sales Account Executive's assigned territory. The successful Sales Account Executive will identify and work opportunities that increase market share long term as well as maximizing sales on a short-term basis. Job Description:
• Understand and develop the COSMEDIX message.
• Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Develop and maintain a long-term growth strategy with accounts.
• Prospect, initiate, qualify and follow up on leads for new business.
• Present and close prospects as outlined in annual territory objectives.
• Consistently service accounts with education and marketing strategies to ensure long term sales success.
• Monitor production of all top accounts and evaluate trends within your market.
• Communicate regularly with management in regards to opportunities, trends, innovation, challenges, etc.
• Communicate and implement corporate objectives and programs.
• Assist in executing special promotions relating to sales segments, i.e. seminars, training events, special events, etc.
• Plan, prospect and profile accounts to ensure cohesive fit for company.
• Accurately forecast sales volume and new account acquisitions.
• Identify and implement the correct image for the brand to ensure positioning as the leader within the professional market.
• Coverage is Orlando area
• 50% travel required
• Must have B2B experience in skincare
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive professional outside sales experience in the cosmeceutical or skincare industry.
• Experience selling into the dermatology, plastic surgery, esthetician/skin care professional or high-end spa, and medi-spa channels is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills within a fast paced environment.
• Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships as well as assess customer needs in a strategic environment.
• Effective communication/selling skills.
• Adept in Windows Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel within the territory geography and within travel/expense budgets.
• Ability to work on weekends.
• Ability to perform sales and education functions.
