Cosmo Cabinets, headquartered in Atlanta is looking to add a Field Manager to its Installation department. We manufacture European-style kitchen cabinets servicing multi-family apartments, senior housing, and student housing markets.
The Field Manager is responsible for field installations of our full line of cabinets and countertops for new construction and renovation projects. Our projects typically consist of 300 to 500 residential units. Field Managers are typically assigned to oversee six to eight various stage projects at a time. The job requires substantial travel due to job sites in different parts of the southeast US.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage multiple projects from inception to final punch.
- Prepare field measurement for shop drawings.
- Review shop drawings and submittals.
- Effectively communicate directly with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and manage installation subcontractors.
- Formulate RFI's & change orders.
- Manage onsite coordination with clients/GC's, installers and other subs.
- Maintain and coordinate material deliveries to ensure project schedules are being met.
- Review field schedules and accurately submit progress billings.
- Attend weekly onsite project meetings and project manager meetings.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Directing project-related activities of the project team members and sub-contractors.
Preferred Education and Skills (in addition to the required):
- Bachelor's degree or project management experience preferred.
- Knowledge in the use of MS Excel, Monday.com, Procore, and other project management programs is helpful.
Required Education and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in kitchen cabinets or a similar industry.
- Able to read architectural drawings/blueprints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to take independent initiatives.
- Ability to travel
Salary : $70 - $85
