CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Reports to: Customer’s Office Manager and/or Lead CSR
Costa Solutions, a warehouse logistics company that has been serving Texas for over 30 years is looking for a dependable, skilled individual for our Customer Service Representative position. The candidate would need a thorough knowledge of procedures and processes associated with customer service, supply management, warehouse storage, and distribution functions in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be the point of contact for Costa’s customers.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Pay:
From $16.00 an hour
Paid Weekly

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Bilingual is a plus.
- Higher education or equivalent work experience in administrative or logistics specialization.
- Must have strong organization skills, be assertive, flexible, and customer service minded
- Must be able to work in a close team environment.
- Mathematical skills: ability to perform all basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Have a high standard for quality.
- Work environment: Office environment with minimal visits to the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform various tasks in assistance or support of the organization
- Work other than normal scheduled hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays. According to the needs of the business.
- Be on time and ready to work at the start of the shift.
- Adhere to all work and safety rules.
- Must possess the skills to provide quality customer service including the ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
- Ability to perform assigned work tasks with little or no supervision.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook. Must be able to learn any other software required for the CSR department.
- Filing completed files and helping to maintain the archived files.
- Perform all CSR responsibilities including but not limited to the management of bill of lading, receiving, invoicing, inventory control, and filing for any/all customers by following the terms and conditions determined in customer/company agreements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with your assigned customers as well as with ALL customers.
- Take a proactive approach with customers’ needs rather than a reactive approach.
- Must be able to problem solve when situations arise.
- Communication is a key to continued success. As a CSR you must be willing to contact your assigned customers or any customer during and after normal working hours when the need arises.
- Must be able to perform assigned task in a sometime high stress, fast-paced environment.
