LSL Brands , a fashion retail management group comprised of 15 stores in 4 different states, is looking for experienced retail Assistant Managers/Assistant Buyers for their NEW Cotton Company store, located in Annapolis MD.

We are looking for dynamic Assistant Managers/Assistant Buyers who specialize in exceptional guest service and share our passion for fashion.

Responsibilities would include:

*Servicing our guest to our high standards/building guest relationships

*Team Building/training employees to company servicing standards

*Participate in events and promotions

*Model/demonstrate the product

*Audit store cleanliness, folding and visual standards

*Ensure store practices/procedures support a positive customer service experience
