Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2 years restaurant management experience
- Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
- Must have valid Driver License
- Must be a team player and hard worker
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations (front and back of house) for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
- Must be able to follow all safety guidelines when lifting and carrying, using knives and equipment, and walking and moving safely
