Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support and office management, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients. We are open to applicants wanting part-time or full-time employment. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am until 5:00 pm CST.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
- Provide information about products and services
- Maintain accurate customer records and update digital client folders
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and taking payments
- Transcribe voicemails and messages accurately
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
-Computer proficiency required for Outlook, Teams and program navigation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in clerical work or administrative support is beneficial
- Familiarity with insurance industry lingo is a plus
