Join the friendly team as the Front Office Manager! The Front Office Manager will manage daily the front desk and assists the General Manager in daily operations to ensure efficient and profitable operation by performing various duties, or through subordinate supervisors. Duties include but are not limited to supervising 5-7 front desk agents, addressing complaints and resolving problems creatively using resources, training staff, creating a positive culture, following policies and procedures, and treats others with respect and consideration at all times. This position does require day, evening and weekend availability. This position does require someone that is reliable. You will need to cover shifts when a front desk agent calls off. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.

We are looking for an Front Office Manager to join our team and help manage our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. The Front OfficeManager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, increase efficiency, and maximize profits. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members.
  • Manage the budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget limits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
