We are seeking an energetic, driven, goal oriented, and improvement focused Wholesale Sales Manager.
Wholesale Sales Manager
Wholesale Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing the wholesale sales volume. The Wholesale Sales Manager coaches, trains, motivates, and manages the performance of the sales team.
Primary Duties:
Taking the leadership role and oversight responsibility of the wholesale sales team. This consists of general oversight of the entire dealer base, all the wholesale sales and sales team, and making sure everyone knows what to do and where we are going. This includes the on-boarding and training of new wholesale sales team members.
Motivate and lead the team with positive attitude. This requires high level of energy and inspiring the team even when times are tough.
Willing to take risks. This may mean moving forward with huge decisions even when the outcome isn’t clear, and taking responsibility for the outcome, whether good or bad.
Maintaining current wholesale sales volumes and continue to grow it. This requires maintaining a good relationship with current dealers and encouraging them to grow their business with us, along with creating raving fans out of our dealers.
Oversee and/or establish new dealers and develop our presence in territories not currently occupied. This will include the discovery of new dealers in new territories, initial communications to ensure potential new dealers qualify, and helping them understand our products and marketing materials.
Dealer training. This consists of teaching the dealers at Dealer Days, teaching out onsite at their location, personal phone calls, newsletters, and email blasts.
Prepares yearly marketing plan and executes it. Developing a marketing plan every year and following through to make sure it happens, including recording costs throughout the year.
Sales goals. Collaborating with the team and dealers to hit goals set for the year, setting SMART goals throughout year to hit year end goal!
Serving dealers in whatever needs to happen and taking responsibility of project oversite. This includes ensuring all projects/orders are accurate and on-time, including working with our in-house draftspersons to ensure engineering is correct on structures. Managing warranty claims and handling difficult conversations with potential unsatisfied customers.

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum 5 years of business-to-business (wholesale) sales experience required
Minimum 5 years of progressive sales management and/or team leadership experience
Strong customer service experience is essential
Prior construction experience a plus
Proven history of successful continuous improvement implementation
