What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assisted Living Administrator position at County of Merrimack?
To supervise the operation of Gerrish Manor, the Assisted Living Facility in accordance with established County, Nursing Home, and Gerrish Manor policies and current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Functions as the Licensed Administrator of the Assisted Living Unit under the State Rules and Regulations for Supported Residential Care Facilities.

EXPERIENCE: Must be 21 years of age. Must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor, a felony, abuse, assault, neglect or exploitation of any persons. Five years of charge nurse or supervisory experience or any combination of education and experience which demonstrate possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
CERTIFICATION: Eligible for licensure as an administrator of a supported Residential Care Facility in accordance with New Hampshire State Regulations. Current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the NH Board of Nursing. Certification in Gerontology is preferred.Criminal background check, drug screen and COVID-19 vaccination required.
