What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSI Manager position at Courtesy Chevrolet AZ?
We are looking for a CSI Manager to join our growing Courtesy Kia team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Customer Service Index Scores (SEI) are critical to the overall success of the dealership. The Customer Service Manager will spearhead the goal of exceeding Customer Expectations and achieving a Standard KIA SALES SEI score within the Top 3 in the District and Top 5 in the Region on a consistent basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage Monthly SEI Scores with daily follow up
- Follow CRM listed Tasks to ensure communication is completed After the Sale
- Assist as Post Sale liaison between Sales and Service for Customer issues which may arise
- Initiate Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, Day 14 follow up with each New Car Sold communication task
- Answer Customer questions about Technology set-ups in all New KIA’s
- Champion Kahu/Lojack setups and Mobile App questions
- Administer Photos of Customers and Post to various Social Media Accounts
- Assist with Customer Reviews to Google/Yelp/DealerRater
- Assist in answering phones and directing to appropriate department
Qualifications
- Must have experience in Customer Service in a Retail or Phone environment.
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
