What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Courtly?

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
  • Train members of the officiant team and participate in weddings on the platform
  • Ensuring smooth communication between customers and employees to management
  • Working with different team members to learn departmental needs and goals
  • Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards by collaborating with local government entities to ensure smooth operations
  • Analyze all internal processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
  • Identifying and resolving any problems that might arise

Requirements

  • You must live in Utah County
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in any product based company (preferably in a startup)
  • You'll need to submit a valid ID, photo, and proof of residency
  • Able to be communicate in a personable and friendly manner to clients, customers, and partners
  • Excellent organizational skills; must have strong attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency with common office software

Job Type: Contract
