What are the responsibilities and job description for the Owner Liaison position at Courtyard Monterey Park?
Job Summary
As the Owner Liaison you’ll act as a liaison between the Hotel Owners and Aimbridge Hospitality. You’ll be responsible for providing a level of comfort understanding and urgency that establishes solid credibility on behalf of the management company with ownership. The position should not impede the daily operation of the hotel and/or engage in any form of direction of staff or supervision in the daily operations or strategies of the hotel. The position will need to ensure they are not perceived as acting as a manager of the hotel.
Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.Property Details
