Covanta is currently seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to lead our compliance activities as well as lead important initiatives as part of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategic plan. This HR team member will fill a role supporting OFCCP compliance across HR as well as some cross-functional support for DEI initiatives and ERG management. The HR Compliance Specialist will also manage relationships with external compliance and training vendors, internal HR, and business and legal department stakeholders.
