As a CoVantage team member, you’ll receive a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, and paid time off for community service.
Job Duties
- Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirety, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance
- Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately
- Accurately balance his/her cash drawer on a daily basis
- Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations
- Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value
This individual will work a varied schedule including working multiple Saturdays per month.
Qualifications
- Have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
- Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance
- Have intermediate mathematical skills
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs
