JOB SUMMARY
The Call Center Patient Scheduler will serve as the primary point of contact with ancillary departments and provider practices.
The Call Center Patient Scheduler will provide exceptional customer service and superb communication between patients and departments.
The St. Mary's Access Center serves as the liaison between practices and patients and is the primary representation of the departments.
The Access Center is a high-volume, fast-paced department, answering 1000 calls per day for St. Mary's Integrated Medical Group.
