Overview
The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, and building relationships with new customers on behalf of Covenant Logistics, while also managing the customers experience after thepartnership is formed.
The person in this position will solicit new customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other means to actively engage prospective customers for new business opportunities within our core service offerings.

Covenant’s compensation philosophy’s intent is to use a competitive total compensation strategy to determine the current market value of a position while also considering individual factors such as performance in current position, time in seat of current position, experience, level of responsibility / accountability, and longevity with the company.
The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.
Pay Range : $40,000.63-$62,120.37
Pay Grade : 6
