Looking for an opportunity to lead award winning Health, Safety and Wellness programs, in addition to getting experience with Injury and Illness Prevention, Emergency Preparedness/Response and much more? Covered California's Business Services Branch is looking for someone with knowledge of Health and Safety and/or Facilities to serve as a Health and Safety Analyst/Lead! This position will collaborate with all Divisions throughout the organization and is a part of an amazing team who are passionate about encouraging positive team culture! Who Are You?
- Experience of health & safety and facility-related duties.
- Superior written and oral communications: the ability to write succinct reports, have functional spreadsheets/databases, and the ability to communicate and lead trainings/meetings.
- Proactive individual who works efficiently and expediently, and who reflects on completed projects to recognize lessons learned and best practices.
- Experience in developing and sustaining collaborative relationships based on mutual respect across the organization and advocate for a stronger sense of teamwork and partnership.
- Ability to build consensus, resolve conflict and facilitate difficult conversations.

Pay: $41,376.00 - $80,868.00 per year
