WHAT WE OFFER
Covestro LLC’s Baytown, TX, office seeks a Global OT Security Officer to be responsible for the global OT Security, which includes implementation of security processes, support in the development phase, risk management, steering, implementation and improvement of central and de-central OT security measures / tooling. Duties include: (i) driving implementation of OT security standards in all OT sides (ii) implementing vulnerability management processes in OT in collaboration with GPCT Process Automation; (iii) driving implementation of security monitoring like SIEM in OT; and (iv) implementing patch management processes in OT in collaboration with GPCT Process Automation.
WHAT YOU OFFER
Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciences plus (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in OT Security related position.
Must also have any experience with or knowledge of the following: (i) design, implementation, and vendor coordination for life cycle support of Industrial Control Systems such as DCS, SIS, PLCs; (ii) Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance in PCT Environments; (iii) virtual server environments (VMWare); (iv) implementation and maintenance of security controls (domains, network time synchronization, firewalls, patching, windows hardening, network monitoring, backup solution) in one of the critical infrastructure sector (Chemical, Energy, Water & Wastewater systems); (v) Preferred Professional OT Security certification like Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP); (vi) design and implementation of defense in depth network segmentation following IEC62443 Purdue model (e.g. partitioning, segregation, zones and conduits, reference architecture, network devices, DMZ); and (vii) coordinating and working with teams of multiple disciplines.
Must be able and willing to travel within assigned region and globally up to 10% of the time.
Experience can be concurrent.
