About Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Murex and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial industry. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing support of Murex, a leading financial software platform, within our organization. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Murex Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Murex within the organization, working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutions that align with the organization's needs.
- Regulatory Reporting Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document regulatory reporting requirements. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, systems, and data to identify gaps and propose enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on regulatory reporting and Murex.
- Proficient in data analysis and validation techniques, using tools such as SQL, Excel.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering regulatory reporting projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
