- Responsible for customer service activities including obtaining certificates of insurance and other customer needs.
- Manage surety bond program including issuing, renewal, cancellations, and billing.
- Assisting with managing property database including all site information, values, changes in status, construction and engineering data, risk control recommendations, ratings, and loss information.
- Responsible for managing new WorkDay codes.
- Gathers, assembles, and disseminates information for insurance renewals.
- Perform monthly updates, quality checks of data, and distribution of regular monthly loss reports in the department's claims database.
- Manage non-casualty claim updates in the risk management database and provide quarterly reports with detailed analysis.
- Assist with the insurance premium budget allocations of all lines of insurance coverage.
- Review and reconcile various insurance program billings.
- Maintain the insurance policy register.
- Participate in claim reviews and update reports.
- Perform risk assessment by analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that affect the organization.
- Review insurance policies to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Subject to a background check
- Generally, two years or less related experience
Preferred qualifications include:
- Preferred Major: Risk Management
- Strong proven academic record and GPA
