Job Summary:
Responsible/accountable for leading and managing retail and foodservice area. Overseas, plans, directs, implements, supervises and evaluates the operation of food production as well as retail operations within the Food & Nutrition Services Department to provide the highest level of meal quality and service.
Job Requirements:
Education
- Required: Bachelors degree OR Certified Executive Chef (CEC).
Experience
- Required: 2 years dietetic, food service, or related experience
- Preferred: Food Service management experience
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills (be able to effectively use Microsoft office)
- Able to follow direction and work well as a team player
- Able to multitask, be flexible to change and possess critical thinking skills
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Preferred: Registered Dietitian
