Job Summary
-
The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Recruiters and Coordinators to ensure essential department responsibilities are completed. Manage day-to-day operations including regular meetings with direct-reports, weekly huddles, project management and general supervisory duties. This includes practicing effective customer relations and performing all functions using organizational priority setting skills. This position is also responsible for communicating effectively with customers/employees on the telephone and in person in the Human Resources’ office

Education

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related field OR 8 years of experience in Recruitment or a related fieldPreferred: Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration

Required: 1 year supervisor and/or Human Resources experiencePreferred: Experience recruiting at CoxHealth

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Understanding of computer technology.

Basic knowledge of Human Resources and general employment law issues

Licensure/Certification/Registration
