The Receptionist is the first point of contact for anyone coming into Coyote and helps all visitors and employees by answering calls, greeting guests, and making sure that anyone who visits Coyote has a great experience. The Receptionist handles a wide range of administrative tasks and must have an energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality. DAILY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to): Greet all guests at the front desk. Maintain multiple conference room calendars. Set up and coordinate conference rooms for meetings. Order and set up catering for meetings and events. Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail. Notify security of all expected visitors. Assist with parking passes and visitor badges. Manage property request process for business card orders. Keep front lobby clean and organized. Handle administrative and support related tasks with minimal supervision. Screen incoming calls with a high degree of professionalism, differentiate business calls from solicitations, and respond and route phone requests accordingly. Fulfill ad hoc requests.
