This position is primarily responsible for maintenance, management and organization in the development of the operation, administration and management in the assigned location.
- Responsible for day to day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising employees and assistant manager.
- Responsible for the store profits, and all controllable expenses including labor, inventory levels, and cash and inventory. Completes documentation required by the company.
- Analyzes results, operational trends, make action plans to provide direction to areas of opportunity.
- Responsible for inventory management, purchasing, audits, compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
- Monitor purchases and supervises appropriate processes with various suppliers.
- Trains and evaluate employees in existing and new business processes.
