We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Performance Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization. The HR Performance Specialist will collaborate with various departments to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, career development, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
Implement and manage new performance appraisal processes.
Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
Address performance issues and assist in the development of strategies for improvement.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Assist in the development and responsible for the implementation of onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and expectations.
Employee Development:
Identify training and development needs within the organization.
Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
Work with managers to create individual development plans for high-potential employees.
Succession Planning:
Work with leadership to identify key positions and potential successors.
Assist in the development and lead the implementation of succession plans to ensure a smooth transition in critical roles.
Employee Engagement:
In conjunction with the HR Manager, design and administer employee engagement surveys.
Analyze survey data and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
Organize and promote employee recognition programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years proven experience in talent management, and employee development.
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience with HRIS (ADP preferred) and talent management software.
