CPM has an opening for a Warehouse/Inventory Clerk in our manufacturing facility in Ponca City, OK. We are looking for a detail-oriented person to facilitate and coordinate activities related to warehousing and inventory of equipment, materials and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory operational standards for staff compliance
- Utilize computer systems to electronically track inventory flow, scan stock, and reconcile inventory
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for the report and analysis of data
- Coordinate and manage daily physical cycle counts
- Review inventory to determine the need for stock replenishment
- Receive material and supplies from vendors
- Confirm material listed on packing list matches receipt
- Match receipts (packing list) with purchase order and record in SAP
- Move received material and supplies to appropriate storage location
- Manage use of warehouse, controlling receipts/distributions of inventory
- Record distribution of inventory in SAP
- Assist with moving materials/supplies to appropriate shops
- Other responsibilities assigned
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Operate forklift
- Able to lift 50-100 lbs.
- Computer knowledge – SAP-B1 preferred
- Basic math, reading and writing skills
