Continental Properties is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. The Customer Care Coordinator plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers and maintaining positive relationships while addressing inquiries, concerns and needs. Responsibilities will focus on resolving customer concerns and educating customers on important updates to gain the most value for their residency. Additionally, you’ll provide technical support and assistance to our onsite team members by addressing Training Inbox inquiries.
This position can work remote with a periodic visits to our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI and the communities that you support.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns regarding billing inquiries, answer questions and assist with disputes.
- Resolve issues related to software application, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with compliance of new legislation that relates to our communities and entities.
- Assist in regular communication updates that may include important updates and announcements that pertain to our residents.
Skills for Success:
- One or more years of apartment leasing experience preferred, strong conflict management experience required.
