CPR Cell Phone Repair West Des Moines, is accepting applicants for a Store Manager. This is a customer facing position. You must have the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience. Electronics repair experience is not necessary, but is helpful. We are willing to train the right candidate in repair. *Consistently and accurately using the Point-Of-Sale (POS) system to enter, track, and close all client transactions
*Punctuality
*Passion for tech including mobile devices, computers, gaming systems, etc.
*Excellent near field vision
*Excellent fine motor skills
*Attention to detail
Preferred Skills-
*Experience in electronics repair and diagnosis is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
*Soldering experience is a plus
*Supervisory experience is a plus
*Bi-lingual is a plus
*Computer software including o.s. installations, data recovery, virus removal, hard drive migration, especially experience with Apple computers.
*Gaming system repair, both software and hardware.
