JOB SUMMARY
CPS Products is searching for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for all inbound/outbound shipments, Shipping & Receiving, cycle counting, and our warehouses. If you have previous have the necessary skills / tools and work well in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure safe working conditions and practices for warehouse personnel.
- Ensure accurate shipments to our customers.
- Manage receiving / shipping activity to ensure on time delivery.
- Create and manage solutions for inventory capacity problems.
- Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials.
- Work with Production centers to balance production and warehouse resources and needs.
- Responsible for cost control of warehouse spend, including transportation costs, labor expense, and other spend.
- Establish targets, objectives, and goals throughout the warehouse to create and drive an environment of continuous improvement.
- Recruit and train warehouse personnel.
- Act as the SME for Warehouse management software.
- Other duties as required
EDUCATION and SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 2+ years of Warehouse management experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Experience with NetSuite beneficial.
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Team player able to work effectively with other people.
- Self-starter able to work with minimum or no supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and inventory management software
