As the full-time, exempt Clinical Rehabilitation Liaison with CPS Solutions, LLC at Edgerton Hospital and Health Services Memorial Hospital, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with current referral sources and identifying and developing new relationships with potential referral sources. You will use your clinical and sales expertise, while partnering with marketing, to promote Edgerton's Swing Bed Program (and other hospital programs as indicated). You will identify and assess future patients/residents for admission to the Swing Bed Program, taking into account the level of acuity aligning with CMS guidelines. You will also perform clinical patient care up to 50% of the time in your designated discipline.
Schedule: This full-time, exempt position will work at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday, day shift, with evenings and/or weekends as needed.
About the Facility: Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is a non-profit, 16-bed facility that offers a range of services - from emergency care to diagnostic imaging, rehabilitation, and surgery. Edgerton Hospital and Health Services serves people of all ages in Edgerton, Milton, Janesville, and the surrounding communities. Edgerton Hospital has been the center of the community’s healthcare since 1920 and continues to grow and evolve in response to changing medical needs. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this Rehabilitation Department. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Rehabilitation Department: Hours of operation are 7:30am-6:00pm.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related Healthcare field, or an Associate’s degree with 3 years related experience
- Licensed as a Physical, Occupational, or Respiratory Therapist; Speech Language Pathologist; Therapy Assistant; or Registered Nurse
- 2 years of experience as a Clinician in a healthcare environment
- 1 year of experience as a Clinical Liaison or sales position within a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Ability to work in high volume environments while maintaining high quality standards
- Ability to respond positively to the needs of patients and families
- Ability to address customer concerns in a private, respectful and calm manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Proficiency with computer applications and office equipment
Hospital Requirements:
- 2-Step (PPD) TB Skin Test
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Hep B Series or proof of immunity
- (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
- COVID Vaccine - Full (required)
