We are seeking Content Developer/Copywriter to join our Marketing team!!
As a full time, exempt Content Developer/Copywriter with CPS®, you will create and implement communications that effectively describe and promote CPS® client hospital products and services under the supervision of the Marketing Director. This highly visible role will collaborate closely with CPS® health systems pharmacy clients on developing and managing marketing communications, and copy items such as patient welcome packet, brochures, e-newsletters, advertising campaigns, social media posts, etc.
Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday day shifts and may include evenings and weekends based upon business needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing field required
- 5 years of recent experience in communications, marketing, or media/public relations
- Professional writing portfolio (including press releases, RFPs/reports, pitches, case studies/whitepapers, articles and social media content, etc)
Required Abilities:
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the hospital and health-system specialty pharmacy industry
- Ability to develop compelling, persuasive, and memorable content and communications
- Ability to create advertising slogans and brochure copy
- Ability to seek out and develop and content subject matter expert interviews to gain the best overall story to write on
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to determine clients' needs and objectives with specific advertising campaign
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PPT and Adobe products
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Develop a deep understanding of CPS solutions and the ability to impact clients
- Develop marketing communications and copy for health systems pharmacy clients including patient welcome packet, brochures, e-newsletters, advertising, campaigns, etc
- Interview subject matter experts and develop content for website content, blogs, articles, and whitepapers
- Develop brand copy for marketing collateral and website copy
- Research industry news to proactively develop thought leadership articles that are engaging and actionable for clients and customers
- Develops slogans and copy to persuade the target audience to purchase the client's products or services
- Present ideas to clients and modifies them based on feedback provided
