This Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, disciplined, and top-performing sales person to expand new business opportunities for CPT. This person will follow our sales strategy from initial contact, to proposal, to closing the deal. Our Business Development Manager will lead business activities to ensure sales, profitability, and client acquisition goals are met. We are looking specifically for those who are competitive, creative, persistent, and personable to join our Sales team. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, so income potential is up to the individual. The schedule is flexible to meet client needs, with travel up to two-to-three nights per week.
Must-Haves (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of relevant sales experience selling service at a national level
- Proven track record of success, meeting sales quotas
- Knowledge of technology services; willingness to learn our services
- Experience working with C-level and account executives
- Strong knowledge of Excel, reading spreadsheets, analyzing charts
- Willingness to travel nationally two-to-three nights per week
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
- Sales experience in retail/hospitality/healthcare
- Experience working with a CRM
Location, location, location
Our Maitland, Florida office is conveniently located near I-4 and SR 414. Small yet delightful, we offer a friendly, casual, and hard-working environment. Just 15 minutes from downtown Orlando, we are close to great restaurants and recreation centers.
Schedule
Although we typically operate from 8am to 5pm Central Monday through Friday, this role offers flexibility based on client meetings. We are contracted for a 45-hour work-week.
