We are looking for an entry to mid-level Customer Experience Specialist to join our Dallas team! This is an opportunity for a hard-working and problem-solving professional to grow in a fast-paced environment.
This is a Customer Experience position with primary functions that include, but are not limited to providing operational and technical support to customers by communicating across all channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage correspondence via phone, email, and chat
- Develop a thorough understanding of our company’s products and services
- Acknowledge customer issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives in a timely manner
- Act as the technical liaison between internal support teams and the customers
- Track and analyze customer encounters to identify errors, inconsistencies and possible areas of improvement
- Determine the process for configuration, integration, and communication for new customers
- Educate customers on how to use our software by delivering platform training as their needs evolve
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Meet or exceed personal/team metrics
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward all customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- 2 years experience with Customer Support via inbound and outbound call, chat, and email
- 1 year experience with Software as a service; SaaS environment
- Software Implementation and/or Project Coordination experience, a plus
- Experience in the Hospitality Industry, a plus
- Knowledge of Cloud Software Suites such as Zoho and G-Suite
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal along with active listening
- Passion for the use of modern technology
