Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in getting started as quickly and efficiently as possible with our software solution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Good email and phone etiquette, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ability to explain inventory concepts to Craftable and assist in navigating training and data.
