What are the responsibilities and job description for the Location Coordinator (Scottsdale) position at Crafty?
Crafty is seeking a Location Coordinator to provide leadership and support of the daily client experience and operations at our client sites. There are a few main areas of responsibilities: client communications, quality assurance, and project management.
Client communication
You will be responsible for being the point of contact for clients for day to day responsibilities and services. You’re focused on understanding the needs of the client and proactively working to solve issues before they arise. You’re focused on making sure the client’s needs are met in elevating the on-site experience. You’ll be thinking about the client’s assortment, learning about the movement of products and the changing dynamics of the on-site experience, and will become an expert on the nuances of your client locations.
Quality Assurance
You will be responsible for the client’s perception of the quality of the onsite services. You will be onsite at the client to ensure that quality remains at a high standard without any momentary dips in service. You dictate and manage the look and feel of the space which includes signage, layout, and flow of food and beverages. If something is subpar, you fix it without hesitation. You notice when things are slightly askew and adjust. You’re focused on creating a space that is in line with the Crafty client experience.
Project Management
You will be responsible for executing on projects as they arise on the client site. This could include but is not limited to getting the right aesthetics in place, making sure equipment is working and ready to go, managing the rotating inventory, etc. You manage ongoing projects as we hold a mentality of continuous improvement. You will grow to be the expert on the client needs and the client site.
Ops Engagement
You will be engaging with and supporting on-site merchandisers at the client site who receive product, merchandise/stock the products, and service equipment at our clients’ offices. You will manage and evolve our approach to team check-ins and make sure the on-site team feels supported in their daily activities, hopping in when additional support is needed, and guiding the day-to-day operations.

Who we are looking for
Your experience (preferences, not requirements):
- 1 - 2 years in client management
- 1 - 2 years in retail operations
- 2 - 3 years in retail management
- Project management experience
