We’re hunting for someone that is knowledgeable in all brands, unequivocally has no problem making tough decisions, holding between 40-60 team members accountable in a fair and cordial manner, and the analytical skills to run a rapidly expanding dealership group by the numbers.
We are looking for a GM that will take the reins, has a proven track record of being an automotive sales top producer, pulled the big F&I manager numbers, and has enough fixed operations and mechanical knowledge that leaves the competition behind. But most of all — the person that will take charge of our team is a proven leader and mentor of high-performance men and women. While overseeing all aspects of dealership operations you will have full support in fixed, variable, marketing, and inventory related departments.
