Collections Specialist

Essential Job Functions

• Monitor accounts receivable on assigned portfolio of overdue accounts.
• Resolve customer disputes/issues concerning billing
• Document daily activity in GETPaid
• Follow up to ensure closure with customer
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.

Other Skills & Abilities

• Good communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension)
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable using Excel
• Must be self-driven, willing to learn, and aim to take charge of their daily tasks & responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED

Certification & Licenses

• Professional certification may be required in some areas
