CraneWorks is an equipment rental company headquartered in Birmingham AL, with additional locations in Nashville, TN, Decatur, AL, and Mobile AL. We have cranes from 2.5 tons to 500 tons and services in crane lifts, rigging, machinery moving, storage as well as a large bare rental fleet. We can provide the crane, rigging and certified operator/rigger. Under the RentalWorks division, we maintain a large bare rental fleet to supplement our operated crane division. We have over 30 years’ experience in the operated and bare rental marketplace.
Candidate must be an early riser that works every day with a purpose. The candidate must demonstrate integrity and honesty. The individual should always follow through on commitments and act in the best interest of the organization. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer’s experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Grow our revenue and customer base.
- Understand machine applications and be able to provide customized solutions.
- Demonstrate good financial and mathematical acumen.
- Proactively plan and execute sales calls and meetings, maintaining a high rate of daily interactions.
- Communicate clearly, both written and verbally, and be an active listener.
- Embrace daily challenges and enjoy a team environment.
- Incorporate a strong follow up procedure with customers and co-workers.
- Plan and participate in customer meals, outings, and industry events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven record of success in growing crane/construction equipment rental revenue and client base.
- 5 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Possess mechanical aptitude.
- Exhibit proficiency in computer skills.
- Valid driver's license.
