Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
· Greet, direct, and schedule patients.
· Inbound and Outbound calls professionally, promptly and courteously – routes appropriately.
· Provides clerical, administrative, and secretarial support to management.
· Maintains and orders all employee-related inventory & supplies - such as uniforms & PPE.
· Maintains and orders all office-related inventory & supplies - such as medical supplies and equipment.
· Maintains all common areas, such as the reception lobby and offices.
· Performs general office duties such as filing, record keeping and data entry
· Keeping kitchen and restrooms cleaned and supplies stocked & organized.
· Preforming task such as laundry for the clinic. In house machines for treatment room bedding.
· Arrange company events & meetings.
· Manage new employee onboarding process.
· Manage off-boarding process.
· Payroll and Accounting Administration including A/P and A/R.
· Benefits management including vendor relations, enrollment coordination, and employee communication.
· When necessary, serves as a liaison between employees and management and has ownership for all employee relations. Assists all employees in solving complex relational challenges.
· Assists company leaders with employee retention efforts, employee engagement and training.
· Maintains employee files and records.
· Supports other company departments as necessary.
· All other duties as assigned by owner.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· At least 5 year of office management with scheduling experience, preferably in the physical therapy or medical industry.
· Customer service experience preferred.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Strong technology & computer skills – including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, IOS, and Android.
· Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
