Warehouse Manager (WM)
Job Description
Reports directly to whom:
Operations Officer
Directly supervises whom/what: Warehouse Personnel
Role: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for efficiently running the warehouse, building maintenance, and the Tool program. This person also works with the Operations Officer to provide a cohesive, consistent, and safe work environment.
Tasks and Duties:
- Hire and Motivate Warehouse Personnel.
- Hold a weekly Safety Toolbox talk with everyone working in warehouse.
- Respond to warehouse requests for material, equipment, and tools.
- Order Warehouse material and consumables.
- Manage inventory of cage, tool, & warehouse items.
- Manage the shipping and receiving process.
- Manage Tool inventory and check-in/out process.
- Ensure all Tools are clearly marked, safe, and well-maintained.
- Perform annual inventory materials and consumables in warehouse, shop, and trucks.
- Set-up, move, and maintain all office furniture.
- Maintain clean common areas including breakrooms, restrooms, conference rooms.
- Manage professional appearance of the front of the building, including all walkways, flower beds, lawn areas, and parking lot.
- Manage trash haul off and cleaning company.
- Perform a daily walk-around to ensure proactive maintenance.
- Participate in any applicable L10 Meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime if needed (and approved).
- Skill in verbal and written communication.
- EPA Certified.
- Some OSHA Certification preferred.
- Forklift Certified.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Experience:
Preferred 2 years working in a similar capacity.
Must be able to operate computer with Windows and our company software.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to see well enough to read reports, data, statistics, drawings and information on a computer screen and mobile device.
- Must be able to hear well enough to communicate on the telephone and in person.
- Must be able to use your fingers for grasping, feeling, and be able to operate a computer and calculator.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift to 50 pounds and reach. Will be required to do carrying, lifting, pushing, or pulling.
- Must be able to walk short distances and climb stairs in officer and industrial spaces to access file cabinets, office machinery, other workstations, etc.
- Must be able to speak clearly and write legibly.
