The Resource Planning Specialist will have a thorough understanding of preparing project labor and expense plans and forecasting through the use of accounting and project management systems. This individual will play a critical role in CRB's performance and efficiency. The candidate will maintain all project resource planning and early stage project initiation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project labor and expense plans
- Forecast through the use of accounting and project management systems
- Project prospect entry and maintenance
- Resource Plan entry and maintenance
- Coordinate with Market Teams regarding project resourcing and development of standard operations processes for project resourcing
- Assist regional operations leaders with determining hiring needs and staff availability
- Review project proposals and update database as needed with project proposal details and changes
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of two years of related experience
Additional Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Architecture/ Engineering / Construction industry
- Experience in business or project financials
- Experience in Resource staffing and/or budgeting
- Experience with Deltek Vision accounting software a plus
- Must be comfortable working to established deadlines during financial periods
- Outstanding attention to detail and high level of accuracy should be maintained
- Knowledge of basic financial/accounting/administrative duties
