Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

Position Overview:

The Leasing Consultant position is ideal for a highly motivated and energetic leasing professional with a deep understanding of the residential leasing process as a whole and a commitment to providing customer service at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

Operations: carries out all leasing initiatives for the community to reach and exceed company goals as outlined by the Property Manager; tracks and analyzes traffic to review the accuracy of data and closing ratio; ensures that the leasing office, models, and target apartments are in show-ready condition; establishes tour routes; drives social media campaign using Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram; manages ILS to ensures all listings are accurate and up to date with property information; tracks all leads and follows up with prospects; ensures all move-in process items are completed in advance of lease signing including resident screenings, pre-tours, income verifications, file maintenance, and compliance;

Reporting: prepares weekly market surveys;

Community: takes walk-in appointments with residents that need to immediately vacate for unique reasons; reaches out to local businesses to generate traffic and buzz about the property; stays up to date on market trends, new competition, and neighborhood developments; tours the property with prospects; answers inquiries about amenities, local community, and other property details; escalates any unusual activity or resident concerns to the Property Manager in a timely matter;

In addition to the above, you will be expected to execute all other duties as assigned from time to time to ensure adequate property management operations are maintained.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 10lbs (pounds) unassisted; must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time;

Experience & Qualifications:

CRC seeks highly motivated team players who can learn quickly and grow with the organization. Our team takes pride in a culture of collaboration and teamwork. Throughout the hiring process, we look for candidates that demonstrate the following qualities: HS Diploma or equivalent is required; excellent written and oral communication skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi property management system; 2 years of experience as a leasing consultant – preferably in a Class A, luxury apartment complex.

Schedule:

Tuesday - Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Saturday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
