Responsibilities:
- Conduct business development activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Engage in warm calling to establish connections with potential clients and introduce our products/services
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Provide leadership by mentoring and supporting junior team members
