What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at Creamery Tire?
Come join our team of Eagles, to learn and grow with us. We are looking for a self-motivated and results driven General Manager to lead our entire customer service team. You will work directly with the Customer Service Managers to keep their locations on track, as well as ensuring that our high standards of customer service are being hit. This will include holding your managers accountable for developing the team around them, developing themselves, as well as keeping a clean and organized showroom.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- · Maintain and promote our culture
- · Ensure exceptional customer service
- · Oversee daily business operations

- · Training low - level managers and staff

Requirements:
- · Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience & 15 years of customer service experience
- · Good knowledge of different business functions
- · Excellent leadership skills including goal setting, motivating, training, and mentorship
- · Excellent communication skills
- · Highly organized
- · Strong work ethic
- · Good interpersonal skills
- · Meticulous attention to detail
- · Computer literate, specifically Windows and Office
