Kids Dance Studio Director

Well known Children's Dance Studio in Tustin is looking for a Full Time Dance Studio Director. Please do not apply UNLESS YOU POSSES ALL OF THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:

-Effective Communicator in person, via phone and email

-Experience in customer service or retail

-Can work weekdays and weekends(all of our Directors are required to work one weekend day)

-Can Do Attitude and Entrepreneurial Spirit

-MUST Have dance experience/training as you will be teaching classes(ballet/tap/and Hip Hop) in addition to running the studio.

This position is an opportunity to create a long term career in the dance field and work with a studio that has been in operation for 3 decades and growing! There is potential for advancement with greater responsibilities and compensation.

Some responsibilities will include:

-Signing up students for classes

-Providing training and support to our Teacher team

-Running the studio on a daily basis

-Ensuring a safe environment for our staff and our families

-Signing up new students for trial classes, answering all communication from our families via email and phone

-Managing attendance, makeups and new and returning student sign ups!

-Developing relationships with our wonderful families, to name just a few!

Must live in reasonable proximity to the studio in Tustin.

Compensation for the Director position will be depending on experience and includes holiday pay, scheduled pay increases and bonuses, and a Heath Care Program. The schedule for this position usually consists of 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day to be mutually determined. Compensation/Bonus structure discussed when offer presented. The Director position is FULL TIME-30 to 40 hours and a combination of teaching hours and running the studio.
