Description
Our agency client is looking for a Campaign Analyst with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join their team FULL-TIME, starting in May or June!

The Campaign Analyst builds end-to-end email, direct mail and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Campaign Analyst Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, test, execute and deliver reports on campaigns in SFMC using SQL

  • Be internal expert on client data sources, intimately familiar with database, email and preference data

  • Understand key business rules that drive campaign and reporting outputs

  • Lead troubleshooting of campaign count issues, questions, research, requirements gathering, test data creation

  • Work with account teams to communicate and manage expectations with the client on turnaround times

  • Monitor quality control of campaign deliverables

  • Communicate scheduling, upcoming change and current state with internal team to share with clients


    • Campaign Analyst Requirements
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required

  • Strong SQL experience required

  • 2 years technical experience planning and executing marketing campaigns

  • Highly analytical and data-driven
