Description
Our client, an operator of a leading cloud-based platform, is looking for a Marketing Manager (Sales Enablement) to join their team.
Fully remote is OK but ideally you will be onsite in NYC two days per week.
To be considered you MUST have minimum 3 years of ad tech, media, or advertising experience. Strong deck creation and story building skills required.
Marketing Manager (Sales Enablement) Responsibilities:
-Work with the Chief Revenue Officer to refine and develop a cohesive sales narrative for national ad sales team- both agency media buyers and brand marketers.
Lead lifecycle marketing efforts for clients internally, managing the full spectrum from lead routing, go-to-market (GTM) decks, quarterly business review (QBR) decks, vertical materials, and case studies to newsletters for Advertisers (Agencies, Brands) and Publishers. This includes managing the internal newsletter, webinars, education guidance, presentations, sizzles and ensuring a cohesive message throughout all stages of the client journey.
Develop ad sales focused playbooks, sales scripts, and sales enablement tools and tactics that cut through the clutter and speak specifically to ad sales prospects
Spearhead the strategic narrative for owned and industry events such as New Front, CES, etc.
Support sales teams pitches and presentations with industry research & creative development ( w/ internal creative team).
Collaborate closely with product marketing leaders and subject matter experts to align sales strategies with product capabilities, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively market and sell
Facilitate training sessions on weekly calls, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across teams.
Attend sales meetings as necessary to provide training, enhance understanding of marketing materials, and support the ongoing development of sales strategies.
Own the development of sales materials and RFP work along with owning presale content development such as sales packages, tent pole opportunities, and case studies.
Support ABM strategies developed by the Sales Leadership
Liaise with media strategy and agency sales lead team for pricing and assist in the media plan creation process for proactive sell sheets/big ideas.
Create, maintain, and distribute reports relating to sales and service productivity (weekly status report).
Help to facilitate with larger brand strategy decks that complement revenue-generating opportunities.
Leverage data and insights from business teams to inform messaging and strategy.
Deep dive and understand audience pain points to turn them into insightful, action-driving content.
Evaluate categories and assist in developing a sales/marketing strategy to capitalize on opportunities.
Marketing Manager (Sales Enablement) Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience developing global B2B marketing assets and sales support materials
Proficiency in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs, including developing and overseeing the end-to-end strategy and coordinating the successful launch across multiple channels and/or audiences.
Background in ad tech and/or media preferred.
Expertise in using data and metrics to measure impact, drive continuous improvement, and make decisions under tight timing and pressure.
Strong writing, storytelling skills, and the ability to create compelling, customer-obsessed assets.
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams & developing roadmaps to drive the adoption of ideas.
Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting metrics, progress, and complex ideas to senior leadership and c-suite st
