Core Responsibilities
Financial Management:
- Collaborate on budget preparation and achieve sales and profit targets.
- Ensure adherence to purchasing and financial policies.
- Determine staffing needs and manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop unit managers and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Evaluate operational performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive business reviews and strategic planning.
- Facilitate regular meetings and ensure understanding of corporate communications.
- Uphold positive public relations and ensure account retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred.
- Proven managerial experience or equivalent education/training.
- Strong customer relations and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and budget management.
- ServSafe and Allergen Certification required.
