Overview of the Accounts Payable Clerk role:

  • Monitor Accounts Payable inbox
  • Distribute emails to appropriate managers for approval
  • Data entry of high volume of invoices
  • Special Accounts Payable projects

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

  • 1 year of Accounts Payable or Data Entry experience
  • Solid MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to handle fast paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
