Responsibilities Of The Collections Specialist

  • Contact customers via phone and email - B2B and B2I collections
  • Create repayment plans and provide excellent customer service
  • Process and post payments, apply cash
  • Create aging reports and balance sheets
  • Reconcile account discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications For The Collections Specialist

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Prior experience in accounts receivable and collections
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
